Chesterfield Housing Inc was started in 1962 by The All Saints Kinsmen to build affordable housing for people 55 years or older. They were the first service club in Canada to do something like this. Today there are a total of 4 buildings that offer affordable housing.
In 2017 a new 45 suite - 3 storey, one bedroom building was constructed.
