Chesterfield Housing currently has three buildings, with a total of 45 apartments. One bedroom and bachelor apartments. Also all apartments have free wi-fi and basic Shaw cable.
B block has a large common room with pool table, kitchen, washrooms, an aquarium, television, and internet cafe, which is available for private functions and for the enjoyment of all tenants.
